Our Story 

We are a full service animal hospital that have been treating pets in Kitchener/Waterloo area for over 40 yrs.  Our Veterinarians are licensed Ontario Vets with years of experience treating serious conditions and offering regular pet wellness care for all types of pets.  ​

 Due to overwhelming demand, we had to implement a cancelation policy. 
Like many industries, The Vet Industry is experiencing a severe shortage.   
We are certainly not charging for missed appointments, we just please ask that CONFIRM Appointment through email or text reminders
We understand life gets in the way, we would rather you cancel your appointment, then not show up, as a very sick patient could of taken your spot.
