Confirmation and Cancelation Policy

Confirmation/Cancelation Protocol:
  • 4 days prior Email sent out for confirmation
  • 3 days prior Text  reminder for confirmation
  • 2 days our Team will contact you via phone/email 
  • 24hrs prior still no confirmation - Canceled
Please Confirm your appointment with any of the above reminders.
Just a simple click of a button or Yes in a text will indicate that you are still planning on coming in to see us.
Cancelation protocol:
  • Day before appointment, at 8am we will open up the time slot for another patients
  • We will check voicemail/email to see if you confirmed after hours
  • Notify you via phone/email that your appointment has been canceled 
  • Connect to find a better time that works for you and your pet
We understand sometimes life gets in the way,  we will work together and find a better time to come in and see us.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you can appreciate how canceling your appointment might help another sick patient.  We want to be here for all our patients, especially when they are in need of urgent care.
